In order to make a purchase at www.noer-denmark.dk one must be over the age of 18, and have a valid credit card.
How to place an order. You choose the goods you like in the size that fits and place them in the basket. You can always check the content of the basket and the prices of the items. When ready to finalize the purchase, simply go to checkout and fill out the information.
NÖR-Denmark accept the following payment methods VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard og JCB. When paying by card, your card will be charged the day your order is dispatched.
NÖR Denmark also cooperate with Via Bill, that way it is possible to split your purchase into a low monthly fee.
NÖR-Denmark ship orders Monday to Friday.
Deliverytime 1-5 days, depending on destination. For European orders we use GLS, UPS or DHL and overseas UPS and DHL.
International delivery cost from 120DKK depending on the service.
We may cancel an order if a product for some reason no longer is available. If this is the case we will notify you, and make a refund on our card.
Claim / faulty products
In the situation of a faulty product, we will replace it if possible. If the product is sold out we will credit the amount on the card used when placing the order. In a situation with a claim always contact customer support.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
If you need to return a product, you have to do that within 14 days from the date where you received the goods. All returned products must be in new unused condition with the hangtag on.
When you return a product please use the returnform and write your order number, name and reason for return. We will then refund the amount to the used credit card. At the time we do not offer free return.
